Appropritaion VS Originality
This powerpoint showed me that theres a big difference between copying and
apropriation and how rare and important originality is. If you exactly copy
something without permission you could face plagiarism charges. However if you
apropriate something you are putting you`re own spin on something you got from
somewhere else ,because of this it becomes your own work so that’s ok.If you
apropriate something though it got me thinking, are you making an original
work? How much is too much? What is original anyway ? Even though it brought up
a lot of questions I think the powerpoint was good because it got me thinking
about me and my work and how I relate to others` work.
